  Rented in Grafton for a year. The apartment was well maintained, newly renovated and cat friendly. The only big issue I had was when my heat went out for half a day in the winter, but Cary Rentals acted quickly after I notified them of the issue and my heat was back on in a couple hours. My only complaint would be that the unit below me was renovated and turned into a music teaching studio without any warning. Fortunately I can appreciate music education enough to ignore the trumpet, drum, and piano lessons. But some people might find it annoying. After I moved out, I followed their checklist for clean-up and recieved my full security deposit two weeks later. I don't know about any of their other locations, but I had a good experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Ozaukee area.
